Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and drive our Team Enablement platform, focusing on user management, permissions, collaboration features, and organizational tools. You’ll be responsible for building products that help marketing teams work together seamlessly while maintaining security and operational efficiency. In this mid-level role, you’ll shape how teams collaborate within the company, from seat management and role-based permissions to workflow automation and team productivity features.

What you will be doing
  • Own Team Platform Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for user management, permissions, team collaboration, and organizational features
  • Drive User Experience: Design intuitive workflows for team setup, member onboarding, role assignment, and permission management
  • Build Scalable Systems: Work with engineering to create flexible, scalable solutions for organizations of all sizes
  • Optimize Team Workflows: Identify friction points in team collaboration and develop solutions to streamline productivity
  • Manage Access & Security: Ensure robust permission systems that balance ease of use with security requirements
  • Analyze Usage Patterns: Leverage data to understand how teams use collaborative features and identify optimization opportunities
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to understand enterprise customer needs
What you must have
  • 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with user management systems, permissions/access control, or team collaboration tools
  • Background in enterprise software or multi-user platform development
  • Strong understanding of user roles, permissions models, and organizational hierarchies
  • Data-driven approach to product development and optimization
Nice to have
  • Experience with identity management, SSO, or security-focused products
  • Experience with performance marketing products, services and workflows
  • Background in enterprise software sales or customer success
  • Familiarity with team productivity tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)
  • Experience with freemium to enterprise conversion models
