Job description

Staffing Lab represents a client seeking a Full Time Senior Product Manager for their organization.

Role Requirements:

  1. Experience in a startup environment or taking full ownership of a product from start to finish.
  2. Hands-on product management skills, capable of handling all aspects independently.
  3. Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
  4. Salary up to 120k CAD plus up to 10% bonus by year-end.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide cross-functional teams in creating products that enhance customer experience and increase market share.
  2. Drive product and business planning processes.
  3. Manage key stages of the product lifecycle: market research, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, and product launch.
  4. Own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to continuous improvement.
  5. Advocate for user needs throughout development.
  6. Partner with leadership to align product with company objectives and communicate progress.
  7. Mentor and support junior product managers.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Proven success in overseeing product development lifecycle.
  • Effective in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Previous experience in software and web development.
