THE TEAM

The mission of the Product Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the department responsible for managing the efficient collaboration between our Product Business, Product Creative, and Manufacturing Product Sub-Divisions to ensure our product is executed on-time, every season. You will play a pivotal role in executing the development of internal Product Division initiatives, in addition to planning and executing external-facing events alongside cross-functional partners in Product and across the organization. THE ROLE

As the Manager/Senior Manager, Events & Initiatives, Product Integration, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources of work across the division.
  • Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Seamlessly execute the integration of events.
  • Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the division.
  • To connect and organize the department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager/Senior Manager, Events & Initiatives, Product Integration, has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in working cross-functionally, operations management, and the coordination and execution of both internal initiatives and external events
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION
  • The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
