Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Product Manager to own and develop the Quest Platform — unifying quest-related functionality across Web Shop, Player, and Cloud Gaming. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and cross-product teams to create engaging quest experiences and drive user engagement across all products.

The role requires leading the product vision, roadmap, and execution; creating and managing new quests; defining key metrics; translating business needs into requirements;

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager on engagement, gamification, or loyalty projects.
  • Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems across platforms.
  • Ability to drive product KPIs with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Quest Platform.
  • Create and manage new quests within the platform, acting as its primary advocate.
  • Define and track key product metrics (engagement, completion rates, retention impact).
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with other products.
  • Continuously optimize quest experiences based on data and user feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience as a Product Manager working on engagement, gamification, or loyalty products

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
Nice to Have:
  • Background in mobile gaming or game studios
  • Experience with loyalty programs, gamification, or rewards systems
  • Experience building platform products that integrate across multiple services
