Job summary
Morgan Stanley is seeking a Product Manager for Workplace Platforms in Calgary, AVP level, to help shape the digital experience for wealth management clients. You will own roadmaps, translate business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with Technology, UX, Legal and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions.
You will partner with stakeholders to define user journeys, drive delivery from discovery to launch, and measure success with analytics and client outcomes, while maintaining
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management or related roles.
- Experience delivering complex tech initiatives in Agile or hybrid lifecycles.
- Ability to work with Technology, UX, Legal, Compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Private Markets platform roadmap items from discovery to delivery.
- Translate objectives into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Technology on design, estimation, release planning.
- Define user journeys with UX; validate concepts with research.
- Involve Legal, Compliance, Risk early and maintain controls throughout delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, escalate risks as needed.
- Develop delivery plans and communicate status to leaders.
- Support user acceptance testing, release readiness and post-launch monitoring.
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption and product health.
- Use data and feedback to inform roadmap priorities and improvements.
