Job summary

Source Code in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product team, defining the scope for new features and enhancements across credit card applications for the bank. This role is based in Downtown Toronto with remote work options during the notice period.

You will drive data-driven decisions with strong quantitative and qualitative skills, requiring leadership and PM experience in an Agile environment and collaboration across finance and technology groups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of product management delivering mobile, customer-facing, or back-end software products.
• Experience working with B2C software products.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working using the HDC Toolkit.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, business, commerce, engineering, technology, or relevant field.
