Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC Canada seeks a Product Manager for the Device Access team to own key product areas and guide ODA evolution for enterprise customers. You’ll partner with senior product leaders, engineering, and design to secure and manage identity on Windows and macOS endpoints—from deploying the first device to fleet-wide visibility and day‑2 troubleshooting.

Your primary responsibilities include defining the roadmap, owning administrator experiences across fleets and platforms,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in product management for enterprise products.
  • Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Track record delivering complex enterprise projects.
  • Strong technical background and ability to collaborate with engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the Device Access Experience & Lifecycle.
  • Own administrator experience for fleets of devices across platforms.
  • Drive end-to-end administrator experiences from enrollment to lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to define user stories and use-cases.
  • Research customer needs to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Engage with customers to understand enterprise and consumer use cases.
  • Define and communicate product requirements to engineering teams.
  • Leverage product data to improve existing products and drive adoption.

Join the the company Device Access (ODA) team as an outcome-driven and customer-focused Product Manager. the company Device Access unifies access management from any device to all applications to minimize modern security risks and improve business efficiency.

As a Product Manager for the company Device Access, you will own key product areas and contribute to the continued evolution of ODA to meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and design to define how enterprise organizations secure and manage identity on Windows and macOS endpoints - from deploying the first device, to day two troubleshooting, to fleet level visibility. If you’re passionate about improving customer security and engaging with a vibrant community, we’re looking for you. Your primary responsibilities in these areas will include:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the the company Device Access Experience & Lifecycle
  • Own the administrator experience for fleets of devices with the company Device Access across multiple platforms
  • Drive the the company-joined administrator experience end-to-end: from enrollment and provisioning to support troubleshooting to device lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and research teams to define and document user stories and use-cases to guide product development.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges with respect to broad enterprise and consumer use cases.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
  • Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
  • Work with Product Marketing to clearly articulate the company's differentiation versus market alternatives
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)
  • Track record of successful delivery of complex projects
  • 3+ years of industry experience. 2+ years of product management or related experience
  • Strong technical background
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiar with the company and how the technology works for the company Device Access and the company Verify
  • Familiarity with MDM Administrator experiences and device lifecycles
  • Familiarity with different MDMs such as Intune, Omnissa, etc are a plus
  • Familiar with the competitive landscape in the device access management space

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, the company offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:

$124,000—$170,000 CAD
