What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Produce a vision for tools within the news product offering and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
2. Develop an understanding of newsroom user workflows to identify product roadmap development items
3. Define features that communicate customer and stakeholder needs, maintaining user stories and requirements
4. Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support product requirements and assist in creating business cases for major initiatives
5. Prioritize features and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of the product roadmap

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Demonstrable experience in product management or business analytics
2. Strong understanding of technology applied to product development, including software launch and release cycles
3. Ability to quickly learn new content areas and apply technology solutions
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
5. Proficiency in writing and testing functional and non-functional software requirements
