Job summary

Kabam, based in Vancouver, is seeking a Product Manager to partner with game teams on engaging live service experiences. You will advocate for players, shape monetization, and help drive features that enhance performance and engagement.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Downtown Vancouver studio, reporting to the Lead Product Manager. Expect collaboration across cross-functional teams and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field and 3+ years in F2P mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of monetization, live ops, and player engagement.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork across teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent players in game development and live ops decisions.
• Define monetization strategies and craft live operation events.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing teams.
• Analyze in-game trends and drive data-informed recommendations.
