Customer-Centric Innovation Lead customer discovery efforts to uncover needs, pain points and opportunities across the customer journey Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and evolving fraud tactics to inform product strategy Translate customer’s complex fraud challenges and risk signals into intuitive product solutions Market and Performance Insights Monitor and benchmark product performance metrics to continuously improve product effectiveness and usability Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends to ensure EnStream remains at the forefront of fraud prevention innovation Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing ML / AI models, APIs, data flows, solution architecture, and integration design. Experience working in identity verification, onboarding workflows, fraud and scam prevention strategies is a strong plus — but passion and learning agility matter most. Client-first mindset — you love building trusted relationships and helping clients succeed. Systems thinker — able to connect dots across technology, business strategy, fraud trends, and user experience. High comfort level with ambiguity and building 0 to 1 product in a fast-paced environment Curiosity and fast learning — especially around fraud, identity verification, risk signals, and AI / ML-powered solutions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with empty, clarity and influence Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from executives to engineers. Experience with fraud prevention systems, identity verification, trust & safety tooling, or security architecture. Understanding of AI / ML concepts and their applications in fraud / risk domains. Experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, product management, or technical consulting roles. Previous experience working with public or private sector organizations focused on protecting citizens. Opportunity to shape how performance is measured and managed across the company. Ready to Help Build a Safer Canada? If you’re a systems thinker, trusted advisor, technical storyteller, and mission-driven leader — we’d love to talk.
