Position Summary

Trulioo verifies businesses and the people behind them at global scale. Our Business Verification (KYB) product helps enterprises onboard merchants, meet regulatory needs, and stop bad actors across 195+ countries with comprehensive data, documents, and watchlists.

We are hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of KYB, including discovery, launching new product classes, and driving adoption and revenue. You will set direction, defend it with evidence, and adjust as needed. You will bring new capabilities from concept to launch and scale.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Vancouver with hybrid work (3 days per week in the office). It can be done remotely for the right candidate.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Strategy and roadmap for key KYB capabilities, including prioritization and trade-offs on what to do and what to defer
• Customer discovery to understand enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk, and compliance workflows; translate problems into product narratives, business cases, and launch plans
• Market and competitive analysis to identify KYB leadership opportunities and where to innovate
• Develop detailed technical requirements with Engineering and Data teams, including APIs, workflows, data needs, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and trade-offs
• End-to-end product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support
• Define and manage success metrics such as adoption, conversion, verification rate, match quality, processing time, manual review reduction, revenue impact and customer satisfaction

What You\'ll Bring

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
• Technical fluency to specify API behavior and discuss platform and data architecture with engineers
• Analytical rigor to define metrics and drive prioritization using data
• Customer discovery experience with qualitative and quantitative signals
• Go-to-market experience taking new products from concept through launch with enterprise sales motions
• Stakeholder management and influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Compliance
• AI fluency as a default to accelerate research, drafting, prototyping, and engineering communication
• Strong written communication for strategy docs and PRDs

Nice to Have

• Background in KYB/KYC/AML, merchant onboarding, identity verification, risk, RegTech, financial services, payments, or e-commerce
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and evaluating non-deterministic outputs
• Experience with global product surfaces including multi-jurisdiction compliance and localization
