Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel is seeking an Industrial Solutions Product Manager to lead the A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions product scope across multiple sites, aligning the IM roadmap with ramp-up and production milestones. You will steer cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a multi‑site environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in application development and support in a manufacturing/shopfloor environment.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience in large-scale Industrial Solutions deployment projects.
• Domain expertise: shopfloor operations, Final Assembly Lines, manufacturing engineering, aerospace logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end functional and technical responsibility for the A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions product scope across its full lifecycle.
• Form and lead multi-functional teams to manage the application lifecycle for A220 Shopfloor Solutions.
• Lead the design authority on architecture choices and technical standards with IM Enterprise Architects.
• Manage IT projects within the scope using Waterfall, Fast Track, and Agile methodologies.
• Design, deploy, and support local applications while deploying central Industry applications from European parent companies.
• Drive product optimization across financial efficiency, user experience, cyber security, resilience, and technical debt reduction.
