Qualifications

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Leader Industriel - Sécurisation des Composants Majeurs (MCA) pour rejoindre notre équipe « Chief Industrial Office » basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d'Airbus Atlantique et d'Airbus Belfast.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe responsable de l'industrialisation des composants majeurs, chargée de la performance, de la gestion de projets industriels, de la gouvernance et de la stratégie opérationnelle des fournisseurs internes. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale autonome, l'entraide et l'apprentissage collectif.

Votre rôle sera de piloter l'industrialisation, la performance et la montée en cadence des fournisseurs internes d'aérostructures du programme A220, d'assurer la gestion des projets de transfert de production, de garantir la conformité et la qualité, ainsi que d'agir en tant qu'interface industrielle clé et référent technique au sein des équipes multifonctionnelles.

Vos Défis

• Piloter le transfert des travaux, la montée en cadence, la performance industrielle et les livraisons des fournisseurs internes de composants majeurs;
• Développer la capacité industrielle des fournisseurs internes en favorisant l'innovation et les améliorations opérationnelles;
• Représenter la voix industrielle au sein des Équipes Multifonctionnelles (MFT) d'approvisionnement en aérostructures (évaluation des offres techniques et accompagnement des études de faisabilité);
• Traiter et réduire la non-qualité provenant des fournisseurs de composants majeurs;
• Assurer le rôle d'interface industrielle transversale entre les différentes fonctions du programme A220 et les fournisseurs internes;
• Apporter un accompagnement et une expertise en conception et modélisation de systèmes industriels;
• Suivre les activités de développement critique et la surveillance de l'outillage chez les fournisseurs internes;
• Soutenir la résolution de problèmes techniques sur les pièces achetées critiques;
• Évaluer la capacité de montée en cadence de la production (analyse de l'état de préparation / readiness) pour la famille A220;
• Gérer les projets de transfert de travail impliquant des modifications de conception ou une reconception.

Votre Profil

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ingénierie ou une formation équivalente;
• Vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine industriel/fabrication, qualité des opérations et outillage;
• Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience spécifique dans le domaine des aérostructures;
• Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets et/ou gestion de fournisseurs;
• Vous détentez une maîtrise fluide du français et de l'anglais (niveau négociation);
• Vous êtes doté(e) de fortes capacités de coordination, de persuasion et d'influence;
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos solides compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles;
• Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe internationale.

• You have proven experience in project management and/or supplier management.
• You possess negotiation-level fluency in both English and French.
• You are skilled at coordinating teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving results.
• You are equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
