What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)

• Define and build new solutions and products to manage the platform expansion, including increasing fiat rails, supporting APMs, building a fault-tolerant platform, and owning ETE payment experiences.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to build and launch products.
• Prioritize the roadmap for your area.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive successful outcomes.
• Challenge existing processes and push for scalable, effective platform solutions.

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk, Payments, or e-Commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree; MS/MBA preferred.
• Focus on scalable platforms and business outcomes.
• Ability to develop strategy and deploy innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and awareness of the latest in payments and Fintech.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to add value to the team.

Nice to Have:

• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
