We’re looking for a Product Manager

Reporting to our Product Management Director, you’ll own our small electronic devices from concept to launch (and beyond!). You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and sales folks to make sure our products wow our customers.

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our small electronic devices, aligned with PixMob’s mission and goals.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and innovations based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

  • Advocate for the customer and the user experience in every product decision.

  • Work closely with engineering and design to define requirements, specifications, and prototypes.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iterative updates.
  • Ensure products meet timelines, quality standards, budget, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, remove blockers, and make data-informed decisions.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, customer needs, and market gaps.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers through interviews, surveys, and user testing.
  • Turn insights into actionable product enhancements, feature prioritization, and positioning strategies.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support

  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Help create collateral: product documentation, sales decks, and website content.
  • Support sales teams with training, competitive intelligence, and technical expertise during customer meetings.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product performance metrics (sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, market share).
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive iterative improvements and new feature releases to continuously enhance product value.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the product advocate across the organization, keeping teams aligned and informed.
  • Facilitate effective communication between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Lead projects with autonomy, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
