Product Manager, Fashion Plumbing Masco Canada (Hybrid with base of Mississauga or St Thomas ON office)

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Fashion Plumbing you will join a rapidly growing and developing team.

Do you possess an entrepreneurial spirit? We're looking for someone who is passionate about bringing new products to market within our Retail channel. As part of the Product Management team, the candidate will be essential in owning the strategy of their product portfolio. This includes product lifecycle management, pricing, promotions, commercialization and achieving portfolio sales and profitability.

This position will be the owner of the assigned brands within the Retail channel. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and share with our Retail customers through the continuous development and launch of new products. As the product subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to define and execute product, pricing and promotional planning with all our Retail customers. These responsibilities require strategic thinking, project management skills and the ability to work with a broad range of cross functional teams.

What You Will Do :

• Develop and deliver on multi-year product roadmap to ensure a continuous pipeline of new and innovative products in the Retail channel
• Lead Customer Line Reviews from a product standpoint
• Develop business case proposals
• Maintain competitive information
• Identify trends and new product segments
• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product launches and promotions are executing on time throughout the year
• Interact with domestic and international sister business units

What You Will Bring :

• University degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
• 5 years’ experience in category management or project management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
• Self-starter with " General Manager" mindset
• Excellent time management skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
• Project Management experience is an asset
