The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager, Enablement & Communications to drive the successful rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of our digital tools and platforms. This role blends strategic product thinking with execution - from vetting high-level ideas and shaping user journeys, to writing rollout communications and coordinating training.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to validate and translate product direction, partner with business analysts and developers to shape and ship features, and lead internal communications, documentation, and enablement to ensure our tools are embraced across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the user by collecting feedback, identifying pain points, and shaping feature roadmaps
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping vet, shape, and validate product ideas before execution
• Translate product direction into actionable roadmaps and cross-functional alignment
• Coordinate with business analysts to ensure high-quality requirements, user stories, and documentation
• Develop internal comms, enablement materials, and training sessions for each release
• Write and distribute engaging product updates, documentation, and usage guidance
• Lead basic journey mapping efforts to identify experience gaps and inform roadmap priorities
• Support light project coordination and release planning to keep initiatives on track
• Track adoption metrics and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
• Act as liaison between product, internal users, and external users to ensure clarity and alignment

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product management, product operations, enablement, or internal communications

Experience working with executive leadership to shape and validate product direction

Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams through launch, adoption, and iteration cycles

Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling communications and training materials

Familiarity with journey mapping or experience design frameworks is preferred

Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms

Bonus : Experience supporting internal tools, portals, or enterprise software environments

Compensation

Base Salary between $95k-$120k per annum, depending on experience (Most candidates are expected to fall within the midpoint of the posted salary range, depending on experience and fit)

Up to 15% annual performance bonus based on both personal and firm performance

3,000 in annual Health benefits via participation in the firm's health spending account.

Potential to participate in the firm's profit sharing plan based on performance.

Up to $1,000 per annum towards relevant education expenses.

Up to $600 per year towards wellness

3 weeks' vacation per annum.

Assets Under Consultation is different from the more traditional Assets Under Management metric of measurement.
