The Product Manager - Education embraces industry trends and the needs of a changing work environment to deliver innovative solutions that enable ease of access, knowledge, and application of standards. The Product Manager owns and manages a portfolio of publications, education courses, and / or technology-based solutions related to standards. They work with internal and external stakeholders to identify market needs, develop business cases, secure funding, and develop effective solutions to fill gaps in the market. This position has a strong business orientation and maintains a close relationship with the market. The Product Manager helps develop a multi-year strategic plan for their product portfolio and manages the product development and go-to-market activities, proactively resolving issues and ensuring the successful launch of projects across various sectors and divisions. The Product Manager must possess a unique blend of leadership, marketing, business, and technical savvy. The Product Manager grows the programs or products in new and existing areas and delivers consistent results, including promoting the use and application of new and existing standards-solutions. The role excels in collaborating with sectors and members to grow user base and maintain relationships to facilitate high engagement and loyalty with CSA Group.
