We are looking for a Product Manager – Ecommerce to help build a best-in-class online shopping experience that connects with sneakerheads and style-conscious consumers across the country.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager - Ecommerce to join our Ecommerce team and help drive the evolution of our digital shopping experience & platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and scale features that impact the entire online customer journey; from discovery to checkout, and post-purchase.

You should have a strong grasp of ecommerce best practices, a user-first mindset, and the ability to turn business goals into shippable product features. If you love solving real customer problems, sweating the UX details, and measuring what matters, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for core ecommerce experiences including homepage, PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable user stories, product briefs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze customer data and site metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Define and track KPIs related to conversion, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports to track performance metrics and product initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and A/B testing strategies.
  • Analyze A/B test results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support weekly business reviews with performance insights and product impact summaries.
  • Support QA and UAT activities to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Stay current with ecommerce trends, competitor innovations, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with development teams to leverage Shopify 2.0, Algolia, and personalization tools like Dynamic Yield.
  • Ensure data mapping, tagging, and site tracking are properly implemented to support performance measurement.
  • Contribute to documentation of features, workflows, and post-launch learnings.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital retail.
  • Experience managing digital product features from discovery to delivery, with demonstrated results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working in Startup & Agile environments with developers, PMs, and marketers.
  • Solid understanding of Shopify Plus, or equivalent ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with personalization, onsite search, loyalty programs, or mobile UX is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
