Position Overview

NEXIA isn’t just software. It’s DTG’s flagship platform for human-centered intralogistics—and your job is to make sure it delivers on that promise.

As Product Manager for NEXIA, you are the champion of the product, the strategy, and the customer. You translate complex needs from the field into clear product direction. You design how partners get enabled, how customers stay independent, and how the roadmap evolves to support scalable, license-ready deployments.

You work across business development, implementation, and platform teams to ensure NEXIA doesn’t just grow—but grows in the right direction, with the right value, at the right time.

What You’ll Do

Own the NEXIA Roadmap

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the NEXIA platform.
  • Ensure product direction aligns with DTG’s financial targets—including licensing and subscription revenue.
  • Translate field input, customer feedback, and partner requests into clear, actionable roadmap items.
  • Lead Partner Enablement Strategy

  • Own the strategy and structure behind NEXIA’s partner enablement program :
  • Training paths
  • Onboarding materials
  • Certification criteria
  • Collaborate with the Platform Solutions Manager to deliver technical content that makes NEXIA deployable by partners—without confusion or friction.
  • Identify Risks, Align on Growth

  • Partner with the Business Development Manager to identify risk areas in product-market fit, partner experience, or roadmap gaps.
  • Help commercially frame solutions to support pricing models, rollout plans, and support tiers.
  • Ensure NEXIA’s roadmap supports both scalable adoption and technical differentiation.
  • Support Go-to-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with BD and Marketing to ensure NEXIA is positioned clearly, simply, and credibly in the market.
  • Review and guide messaging for launches, partner communications, and customer rollouts.
  • Provide product-level advisory for campaigns, tools, and showcase events.
  • Engage Strategically with the Field

  • Represent NEXIA at industry events, strategic partner meetings, and trade shows.
  • Step in on key projects or partner conversations when alignment on product vision is critical.
  • Gather intelligence from the field to refine the roadmap and partner experience.
  • Note : The key accountabilities are not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.

    What You Bring

    Must-Have

  • Proven experience in Product Management or Applications Engineering within Industrial Automation, Intralogistics, Robotics, or Manufacturing Technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of OT / IT convergence, AGV / AMR systems, and industrial software ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex integration and system architecture concepts into business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, trade shows, or development hubs.
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with AGV / AMR traffic management and mission control software.
  • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, WES, and other system integration layers.
  • Experience with UI / UX planning, especially in technical enterprise applications.
