What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights and market analysis.
- Drive product strategy using customer analytics to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on high-impact work for customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Agile scrum teams to ensure alignment around goals and objectives while fostering a sense of urgency.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate product needs and ensure the development team has the necessary direction and support.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a B2B or B2C digital platform, specifically in ecommerce.
- Proven experience in an Agile (Scrum preferred) environment with a solid understanding of the development life cycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment and develop an inspiring product vision.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and budget management.
