We’re moving into a data-driven strategy for growth of our Knox products and services. Our goal is to develop a data platform and products by providing a comprehensive technology suite that collects, stores, manages, and analyzes data from various sources, providing a unified and efficient environment, and enabling data analytics to unlock new growth opportunities within Knox solutions.

With your seasoned product management and data experience, you will set key strategic steps to enable scalable and efficient data operations, foster innovation and collaboration, drive operational efficiency and excellence, and enable data-driven products and solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience in designing and delivering data-driven products and understands the “nuts and bolts” of data analytics and can articulate these to internal development teams and external developers.

Using your proven product leadership experience, you are able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and clearly communicate product strategy and vision, as well as the functional details of a product’s implementation.

  1. Lead product vision and strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for data platform and products.
  2. Make scope and prioritization decisions, balancing multiple competing inputs against the product strategy, while aligning with business objectives.
  3. Work with engineering team to establish scalable and flexible architecture to ship high quality data products.
  4. Define and manage KPIs, with close collaboration with the data analytics team.
  5. Collaborate with developer and partner teams to understand pain points and evangelize data products.
  6. Influence key stakeholders across a matrixed organization where authority may be limited.
  7. Work closely with UX design, engineering, technology operations and business teams to ensure the product vision and roadmap gets executed.
  8. Work closely with documentation and tech support team to provide industry-leading customer/developer support.
  9. Manage shifting priorities, limited resources, and dependencies; change direction quickly where necessary.
  10. Analyze the market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

About You

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics/Science or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end product lifecycle experience with a focus on technology innovation.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, data pipelines, and data ingestion process.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security practices.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, and AI technology.
  • Experience in one or more of the fields of enterprise cloud solutions, web architecture, mobile applications, and data driven solutions.
  • Experience in software development with APIs, systems integration or solutions architecture.
  • Experience across multiple software development methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to confidently deal with ambiguity, uncertainty, and working with teams globally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, and comfortable working across different cultures.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • An aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environment.
