Job description

As a Product Manager at LotusFlare, you will ideate, build, and launch new products, and iterate on existing ones, focusing on redefining the telecommunications industry. You will help bring products from concept to product-market fit. You’ll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to define the product roadmap and execute on delivering features.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands and evaluates business needs, executes effectively in ambiguity, and communicates with clarity. You must be comfortable bringing products to market, evolving features, and scaling the user base.

Product (60%)

  • Contribute to strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution
  • Conceptualize the product roadmap and define feature requirements
  • Perform new product validation using both quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Deliver high-quality products and drive large-scale projects and teams
  • Manage cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Growth & Analytics (20%)

GTM / Acquisition

  • Develop go-to-market strategies to validate product-market fit
  • Evaluate the activation process and recommend improvements
  • Identify and emphasize the “Aha! Moment” to help users realize value quickly

Retention & Engagement

  • Monitor new user behaviour and detect shifts or drop-offs
  • Evaluate performance of retention drivers and identify new ones
  • Map key user flows, analyze bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations
  • Design and execute A / B tests to improve engagement and retention

Market Research (20%)

  • Conduct research on market dynamics, competition, business models, and go-to-market strategies
  • Draw actionable insights from research to influence product direction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for quick, data-driven decisions
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, A / B testing, and statistical methods
  • Experience with user research and converting insights into product decisions
  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
  • Passionate about optimizing key business metrics and product performance
