The opportunity:

Take on full full ownership of the Communication & Content product feature area of the the most-used platform in the industry. We help organizationsbuild a culture of appreciation and see 5x the results in engagement, retention, and productivity of their teams.


What you`ll be doing:
  • Own the of the roadmap planning, discovery, feature execution, and release launch for the Communications & Content initiative.
  • Develop, measure, and track the success criteria of your domain.
  • Collaborate closely within your triad (Product Management, Product Design and Software Development) to define clear requirements and to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable and user-friendly software solutions.
  • Lead regular feedback sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high fidelity of the solution.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify emerging trends.
  • Leverage data to drive product decisions, prioritize features, continuously iterate and innovate.
What we`re looking for:
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on B2B cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Hands on Product experience with enterprise platforms in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Talent Management, Analytics, or other HR function is highly advantageous.
