About the workplace
As a Product Manager on the Commercial Banking Product team, you’ll define the product vision, strategy and drive the execution in alignment with business goals and customer needs. You’ll develop product strategy & vision, own the product roadmap, showcase cross-functional leadership and customer centric thinking. You’ll manage products from ideation and research, through to development, launch, and beyond. You’ll monitor product performance, analyze data, and listen to feedback; to continually optimize products and the value they deliver to members and Vancity.
This role will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. This role may require you to work on-site at least once a week.

The salary range for the role is$81,200to$122,000. The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and skill. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
