Product Manager - Client & Advisor Portals — Remote - United States

As a Product Manager supporting the Portals squad, you will work to deliver a seamless digital experience for both investors and financial advisors. This role is critical for building streamlined, end-to-end digital experiences within OneVest’s client and advisor portals. Partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer solutions, you will ensure the successful delivery and adoption of customer-centric products that drive growth and market differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end client and advisor portal experience, ensuring portals are intuitive, engaging, and scalable;
• Assist in defining the product strategy and roadmap that balances the needs of clients, advisors, and OneVest’s business objectives;
• Prioritize portal features and enhancements using customer insights, analytics, and industry trends;
• Partner with advisors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to understand how both clients and advisors use the platform, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and validate solutions;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, user-centric features that increase satisfaction and adoption;
• Ensure portal solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements while maintaining a seamless user experience;
• Track KPIs such as portal usage, feature adoption, and user satisfaction to evaluate performance and guide future improvements;
• Support product launches, ensuring effective rollout, stakeholder communication, and adoption measurement;
• Continuously iterate on portal features to keep pace with evolving customer expectations, industry developments, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with client-facing digital platforms;
• Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, and/or fintech products, particularly investor- and advisor-facing solutions;
• Strong knowledge of wealth management and/or fintech products;
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments;
• Passion for creating innovative digital experiences that add meaningful value for both clients and advisors.
