About The Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our petrochemical portfolio which includes our Conostan Brand reference materials and associated instrument and associated sample preparation consumables. This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

• Responsible for life cycle management of the assigned product portfolio, including new product roadmap.
• Harmonize the assigned portfolio across global manufacturing sites.
• Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality production, and customers.
• Support sales through the creation of product collateral and training materials and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
• Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, geochemistry or similar applied science required
• 3+ years’ experience in related customer-facing applications, product management, or product development & commercialization roles.
• Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to make precise data-driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
• Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing, and instrumentation.

À propos du rôle

Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le succès de notre portefeuille pétrochimique, qui comprend nos matériaux de référence de marque Conostan et les instruments associés et les consommables associés à la préparation d’échantillons. Il s’agit d’un rôle à fort impact qui vous donnera l’occasion de collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles à travers l’organisation.

• Responsable de la gestion du cycle de vie du portefeuille de produits assigné, y compris la feuille de route des nouveaux produits.
• Harmonisez le portefeuille attribué sur l’ensemble des sites de fabrication mondiaux.
• Servir de champion de produit et d’expert avec les collaborateurs internes, le marketing mondial, les équipes de vente, la production de qualité et les clients.
• Soutenir les ventes en créant des supports de produits et du matériel de formation et en participant activement au processus de vente, y compris les visites aux clients.
• Collectez et tenez à jour des données relatives au marché, au produit, au positionnement des capacités et aux concurrents, ce qui permet une prise de décision basée sur les données dans l’ensemble du portefeuille.
  
  

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat en chimie, en génie chimique, en géochimie ou dans une discipline apparentée exigée
• 3+ ans d’expérience dans des applications connexes en contact avec la clientèle, la gestion de produits ou le développement et la commercialisation de produits.
• Orienté vers les résultats avec un sens aigu de l’urgence.
• Capacité démontrée à prendre des décisions précises fondées sur des données dans des scénarios ambigus.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, être très organisé et avoir de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Le candidat idéal aura de l’expérience dans le développement de produits, les tests analytiques et l’instrumentation.
