About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our petrochemical portfolio which includes our Conostan Brand reference materials and associated instrument and associated sample preparation consumables. This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Responsible for life cycle management of the assigned product portfolio, including new product roadmap.
  • Harmonize the assigned portfolio across global manufacturing sites.
  • Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality production, and customers.
  • Support sales through the creation of product collateral and training materials and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
  • Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, geochemistry or similar applied science required
  • 3+ years’ experience in related customer-facing applications, product management, or product development & commercialization roles.
  • Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to make precise data-driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing, and instrumentation.

Job Requirements

  • Travel: approximately 25% (international).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate.
  • Experience working in global cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
