The Work Environment

Join a fast-growing company in the medical device industry. The Product Management team plays a central role in the company’s strategy—from optimizing existing portfolios to launching new, innovative products. The environment is agile, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to make a real impact while working cross-functionally with stakeholders across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and P&L for assigned categories (PPE, sterilization, and infection control solutions)
• Gather voice of the customer insights, perform win/loss analyses, and identify market opportunities
• Oversee competitive intelligence and monitor market trends
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, repositioning, and product phase-outs
• Define pricing strategies and market positioning
• Build and implement business cases aligned with the company’s strategic growth plans
• Evaluate and adjust distribution strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: sourcing, supply chain, quality & regulatory, finance, product development, M&A, and marketing
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) gate processes and transition innovations downstream

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (product management, marketing, business development, sales, etc.)
• Proven ability to translate market insights into executable business strategies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success in customer- or client-facing roles
• Experience working in regulated or healthcare-related industries is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Assets

• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, sterilization)
• Experience with distributor-based sales models
• Understanding of NPI gate processes
• Exposure to both Canadian and U.S. markets
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree
