Your Mission

You will lead the success of our flagship platform, and bring to life the products that will power the future of fleet operations.

You'll partner closely with engineers, product leaders, and customers to:

• Launch Flagship platform commercially
• Deliver our new Marketplace
• Build and own a roadmap that aligns with our business and our users

• Lead the commercial launch of our flagship platform across anchor clients
• Translate real customer feedback into sharp product requirements
• Drive agile execution across teams
• Define and maintain a quarterly product roadmap
• Track and optimize sprint velocity, integration cadence, and launch readiness

Requirements

Mandatory

You bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding of agile, product lifecycle, and roadmapping
• Experience with B2B platforms, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or telematics
• Skills in marketplace design, user-centered design, and go-to-market execution
• Comfort with analytics tools, metrics tracking, and project management platforms
• Direct experience working with at least one of the following: maintenance vehicle software, telematics platforms, or ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and business models, such as subscription-based services and cloud computing
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient with product management tools, including Figma, Aha!, Jira, Pendo, and BI tools
• Ability to balance technical, business, and user experience priorities in a fast-paced environment
• As this role involves cross-functional collaboration with English-speaking teams, we're looking for candidates who can communicate clearly and confidently in English
  
  
  

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, and technologies
• Basic understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies
