Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Waterloo, ON is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own discovery, strategy, prioritization, and execution for new mobile and web experiences. You will identify opportunities, speak directly with users, analyze product behaviour, define new features, and manage the product opportunity pipeline from early exploration through launch and iteration.

You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to turn ambiguous ideas into clear product direction,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across mobile, web, social, gaming, or digital products.
• Proven ability to discover, validate, and launch new product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with product analytics and BI experience.
• Experience using SQL or equivalent analytics workflow to investigate questions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and opportunity pipeline for mobile and web experiences.
• Identify new opportunities via user interviews, surveys, data analysis, and market research.
• Translate insights into clear product initiatives, briefs, requirements, and success criteria.
• Prioritize opportunities based on user value, impact, and technical feasibility.
• Own planning and development pipeline, including sprint planning and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship iterative products with measured impact.
• Set product goals, KPIs, instrumentation, and experiment plans; analyze results.
