Job summary

CoLab Software is seeking a Product Manager for the Build Forge team. You will drive the product direction to connect CAD/PLM systems with engineering workflows, enabling smoother data flows between CoLab and customers’ tools.

You will work with customers, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to identify opportunities and set priorities. Ideal candidates have deep CAD/PLM domain knowledge and experience translating complex engineering needs into actionable product requirements, including

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in technical B2B software.
Strong domain knowledge of CAD, PLM, or Mechanical Engineering lifecycle workflows.
Experience with enterprise engineering integrations and workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for Build Forge, prioritizing CAD, PLM, and enterprise integrations.
Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows including revision management and BOMs.
Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable integrations and platform capabilities.
Balance customer-specific integration needs with scalable solutions for the broader customer base.
Use customer feedback, adoption data, and business priorities to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with Customer Success and other stakeholders to support adoption and continuous improvement.
