Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking an Automotive Digital Product Manager to lead the development of digital automotive products. You will define the product vision, roadmap and priorities, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Business teams to deliver a superior user experience and growth in digital channels.
You will own the product outcomes, set KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions while mentoring the Product Owner and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
As the Automotive Digital Product Manager, you will play a lead role in driving the development and enhancement of Canadian Tire's Automotive digital products and services.
You will be responsible for defining the product vision & roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring their successful delivery while aligning with business goals and customer needs. Your focus will be on creating exceptional user experiences, improving customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, competitive insights, and industry trends.
Lead product discovery and prioritization activities by collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify opportunities, define product direction, and establish strategic priorities.
Champion customer-centric product development, ensuring all digital products and experiences deliver strong usability, accessibility, and customer value through user research, testing, and data-driven insights.
Partner with cross-functional leaders, including Engineering, Design, Architecture, QA, Analytics, and Business teams, to align product investments with business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Product Owner, who manages day-to-day backlog execution, ensuring features, user stories, and sprint priorities align with the overall product roadmap and business objectives.
Own product outcomes and performance, defining product KPIs, measuring success, analyzing results, and making informed decisions to optimize customer experience and business value.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, managing expectations, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring transparency on product priorities, roadmap progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Lead continuous product improvement efforts by monitoring customer feedback, user satisfaction, market evolution, and product performance to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Our typical hiring range is between $80,000.00 and $131,000.00 per annum.
Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
