Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking an Associate Manager, Regional Pricing to lead regional pricing workstreams, govern pricing rules, and support growth. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Pricing Operations, Promotion Strategy, Analytics, and Technology to ensure accurate, efficient execution and scalable capabilities.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in Pricing/Analytics with advanced Excel and data analysis skills, plus exposure to SQL/Power BI.
The Associate Manager, Regional Pricing plays a critical role in the ongoing operation, governance, and scaling of Regional Pricing. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Pricing, this position owns key Regional Pricing workstreams, provides leadership and support to Regional Pricing Analysts, and serves as a subject matter expert for Regional Pricing processes and capabilities. This role works closely with Merchandising, Pricing Operations, Promotion Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and other cross-functional partners to ensure Regional Pricing is executed accurately, efficiently, and consistently while supporting future capability enhancements and business growth.
3-5+ years of experience in Pricing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Business Analysis, Analytics, or related functions. Experience leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives. Experience interpreting and analyzing large datasets to generate business insights. Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $68,000.00 and $80,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
