The Role : As a leader at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the Director of Product with Airline API / NDC & Consolidator Connections. You’ll oversee every step of the product lifecycle including content acquisition, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, vision, roadmap, development, and distribution / optimization.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with senior leaders to create product plans and API roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision.
  • Prioritize product features considering key factors.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and clients to ensure optimal processes and meet SLAs.
  • Lead a team of product owners and analysts managing a large airline portfolio.
  • Ensure accountability for quality output and product delivery across teams.
  • Represent the end consumer’s voice throughout development.
  • Maintain a competitive product offering, optimizing continuously based on internal and external needs.
  • Oversee technical API integrations and understand architecture.
  • Monitor profitability and work to improve unit economics.
  • Build strong relationships with Airlines and Consolidators through regular meetings.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay aware of the competitive landscape.
  • Create a collaborative environment to empower decision-making.
  • Stay informed on API / NDC market topics and advancements.
  • Support the transition to NDC One Order within the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in the travel industry, especially with NDC.
