We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

We're seeking an AI Product Manager to oversee the development lifecycle of generative AI and machine learning applications. This role collaborates across teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and AI capabilities, driving iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics. As the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll help shape AI-powered solutions and directly impact product success.

  • Prioritize product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Translate customer needs into well-defined requirements for AI engineering teams
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers, LLM and model Operations, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders
  • Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead testing and validation of AI features to ensure quality and value
  • Manage AI initiative backlogs, balancing technical and business priorities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate on documentation for AI features
  • Work with marketing and sales to communicate AI capabilities value
  • Apply design thinking techniques for requirement refinement
  • Drive AI feature adoption through education and training
  • Participate in agile ceremonies with development teams

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business, engineering, computer science)
  • 5+ years product management experience, with AI/ML product focus required and Agent AI preferred
  • Experience managing development lifecycles of AI/LLM applications
  • Familiarity with product discovery techniques and research methodologies
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and analytics tools
  • Understanding of LLM and ML model operations and monitoring platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Methodical approach with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management practices

What would set you apart:

  • Experience with industry-specific software or enterprise applications
  • Understanding of NLP, large language models, and their applications
  • Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts
  • Knowledge of cloud services and architectures
  • Advanced degree in relevant field
