In this team, the product manager will have the opportunity to build high value, impactful features that solve problems our customers face every day.

We are a small team, so the product manager will have a loud voice and have the opportunity to shape not only the shape of our product, but the way in which we work and deliver.

About The Role

We are looking for a team-player, results-orientated and highly engaged Product professional to join our team! The successful applicant will work closely with a SCRUM team representing the customer and championing their needs. As part of the role, the successful applicant will:

  • Engage with customers to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the backlog
  • Own and make decisive decisions related to functional requirement scope in order to deliver on commitments
  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Engage in Production Support
  • Design and execute on feature related research initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the development process
  • Build products that impact and drive value for our customers

About You

We're open to hiring a P2 (Sr. Associate) or P3 (Mid-level) Product Manager:

Basic Qualifications (P2)

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • 1+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle

Basic Qualifications (P3)

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research, summarise, and prioritize business requirements
  • Possesses a strong sense of ownership and a drive to get things done
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong presentation skills preferred
  • Experience working with AI product capabilities beneficial

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
