Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join the Enterprise Platform Engineering team. This team is responsible for managing different platforms such as Kong, Kafka and APIM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below.

Support in managing product lifecycle (from development to implementation)

Define business case, investment requirements, and return on investments

Approve high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs

Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships

Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Define overall strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for the platform.

Responsible for setting and achieving metrics measuring the platform's success in customer adoption, revenue growth, and other business objectives.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform features align with customer needs and business goals, and they prioritize the features based on their impact on the metrics.

Monitor the metrics and use the data to inform their decisions on the platform's future direction.

Identify the potential risks to the platform and work with cross-functional teams to understand the technical and business implications of Platform risks and prioritize the features based on their risk level.
