Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Store Enablement for one of North America's biggest athleisure wear companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a Product Strategy: Lead the evolving digital retail experience strategy, outlining the vision for leveraging technology in guest-facing experiences.
  2. Managing the Product Lifecycle: Oversee all activities related to researching and designing, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the product lifecycle.
  3. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, Brand, Membership, and Community partners to provide insights that inform strategic direction.
  4. Collaborating with Retail Operations Partners: Partner with Retail Operations to implement store training and communication, ensuring enrollment and operational compliance across all in-store digital experiences.
  5. Compile Usage Analytics: Gather and analyze usage data from digital retail experiences, including store pages and local outreach, to inform business value and success metrics.
  6. Compile Feedback Indicators: Collect feedback from store teams and guests regarding digital experiences to refine success metrics.

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing in-store digital experiences, contributing to retail strategy growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in product management for digital store enablement or related fields.
  • Proven consulting experience with effective strategy execution.
  • Ability to develop a clear vision and adopt an incremental approach to achieve goals.
  • Experience engaging with community and membership teams to understand strategies and tool enablement.
  • Strong focus on data analysis, tool usability, and understanding end-user behavior.
  • Ability to evaluate the value of email campaigns and analyze in-store user spending.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, PowerBI (preferred), Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and Miro.
  • Retail experience preferred; candidates with CRM or related backgrounds are also considered.
  • Strong understanding of UX design and user experience improvement.
