The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and drive the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of key products that support our business goals and improve user experience. As a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, you’ll help define product strategy, gather insights, and prioritize features that have real impact.

This role is ideal for a product professional who blends data fluency, user empathy, technical understanding, and agile project management. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we build the right products for our audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and user goals
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify product opportunities
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder and customer requirements
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize work using structured frameworks
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and launch features
  • Lead sprint planning, testing, and backlog grooming in agile workflows
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Support product launches with internal training, comms, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Partnerships for enablement
  • Identify and mitigate product risks as they arise

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles (CRO, UX / UI, Agile, etc.)
  • Experience building subscription products or email newsletter products is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A / B testing, metrics, and forecasting
  • Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and UI / UX best practices
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar tools
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize using frameworks and make informed trade-offs
  • Technical understanding of product development processes
  • Bonus : CSPO, Product School, or Reforge certifications
