Job description

We are looking for aProduct Manager to partner withthe Senior Product Manager within our client’s B2C portfolio. In this Consultant role, you will have a well-defined mandate and roadmap, allowing for a deep focus on key initiatives with structured support from the team. You will work within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, collaborating closely with UX, Business Systems Analysts, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive success.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager in executing the established roadmap for the B2C portfolio, driving impactful changes in the customer journey from search and discoverability to purchase flow.
  • Interface with Product teams, UX teams, eCommerce, and merchandising to ensure a cohesive product experience and that features are properly scoped, estimated, and delivered on time.
  • Work within SAFe and Agile processes, bringing knowledge of best practices.
  • Focus on both desktop and mobile web experiences.
  • Work with off-shore team to reviewuser stories, write acceptance criteria, and technical requirements; prioritize and groom the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participate in daily standups, remove roadblocks, and provide clarity on priorities to the development team.
  • Analyze product usage metrics, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain product documentation, track KPIs, and report on feature performance.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product management.

WhatYouWillBring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management within B2C, consumer-focused roles launching consumer-facing products, features, and components. Preference is given to e-commerce, automotive, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with digital product initiatives, especially in consumer value activation and urgency creation.
  • Detail-driven and proactive communicator
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively articulate product management expertise concisely and clearly
  • In-depth, hands-on experience in launching products and features for consumer-facing products
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with structured team support.
  • SAFe-certified (PO/PM, SAFe 5 or 6 preferred).
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate within a large organization.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and high expectations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Able to independently ramp up on complex product areas quickly
  • Excited about innovation, AI, and digital transformation within a leading brand.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in: Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in product management, business analysis, or software development
