Our Client is a fast-growing urban mobility company transforming the way shared mobility and fleet operations are built and scaled. Their platform powers smart vehicle ecosystems for OEMs, municipalities, and fleet operators globally. With their newly launched Platform and IoT hardware, they are helping partners like Yamaha build and deploy intelligent, electrified vehicles for the future of mobility.

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their Toronto-based team and lead the development of advanced fleet management capabilities that support their growing roster of enterprise and OEM customers.


What you'll Do:
- Own and evolve the fleet management platform roadmap, with a focus on IoT, analytics, and fleet optimization.
- Build features that automate operational workflows such as rebalancing, charging, maintenance scheduling, and uptime tracking.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and sales to define requirements and ship impactful features quickly.
- Incorporate user feedback from direct OEM partnerships and rapidly iterate on products.
- Work with APIs and understand technical tradeoffs to guide decisions and scope.
- Contribute to AI-driven feature development (e.g., predictive maintenance, automation) — no AI specialization required.
- Use tools like Confluence, Miro, and Figma (lightly) to document, wireframe, and communicate product solutions.

Must Have Skills:

- ~5 years of product management experience, ideally in fleet, mobility, or a related operational platform.
- Strong technical acumen — you’re comfortable working with APIs and engineering teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT platforms, or vehicle/equipment fleet operations.
- A creative thinker who can propose new features and improvements proactively.
- Fast-paced and execution-oriented — you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas to the table.
- Highly collaborative and can work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to adapt quickly as we scale.
- Bonus: background in software engineering or technical degree.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or interest in automation.
- Familiarity with mapping or telematics systems.
