The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, operator-style Product Manager role where you’ll be the second PM on the team, reporting to the Head of Product. Your primary focus will be working closely with 100s of B2B customers and internal teams to make sure features are delivered successfully and customers see real outcomes.

You’ll also oversee a pod of developers, helping them plan and prioritize their work to deliver customer value while balancing necessary product maintenance. While the focus is execution and delivery, you’ll also contribute to the roadmap as we expand across Canada, the US, and the UK.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Product Vision & Strategy - Support head of product to define the product direction and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize Initiatives - Manage & prioritize incoming product feedback from customers and internal teams
  • Conduct Research & Analysis - Work with design partners to discover requirements, validate solutions & analyze product performance ongoing
  • Translate Ideas into Requirements - Convert business requirements into clear product specifications and outcomes
  • Sprint Planning - Manage sprint backlogs, assign work to developers, and work collaboratively with engineering and design teams
  • Implementation Support - Work closely with customer-facing teams to support onboarding, troubleshoot product issues, and identify opportunities to scale usage and value.
  • Stakeholder & Launch Comms - Communicate internally & work with marketing to communicate & rollout product launches externally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years in product management or in a software implementation/consulting role within B2B SaaS.
  • Delivery focus: Comfort translating customer needs into requirements and ensuring they get delivered.
  • Sprint familiarity: Experience managing sprint cycles and backlog prioritization with development teams.
  • Customer orientation: Proven ability to engage with business users and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Communication skills: Clear in documenting requirements, aligning stakeholders, and keeping projects moving.
  • Bonus points: Background in construction, supply chain, or environmental compliance industries.
