Overview

We’re looking for a proven product manager who can juggle strategy and delivery. You’ll share roadmap ownership, solve complex problems, delight users, and mentor other team members.

What You Will Do
  • Champion forward momentum proactively drive decisions and unblock delivery in a complex, consensus-driven environment
  • Thrive in complexity balance technical, regulatory, stakeholder constraints
  • Groom the backlog; write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision logs
  • Run discovery workshops and crisp progress reports for executives and teams
  • Coordinate with Risk, Platform, and IT teams to align dependencies and approvals
  • Prioritize with evidence-based frameworks; manage scope and risk across team
  • Keep artefacts audit-ready and dependencies synced with Risk, Platform, and IT
  • Own release readiness QA, security, compliance, and lead post-implementation reviews
  • Iterate roadmap scale, pivot, or sunset features based on data
  • Mentor Product Owners; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
What You Bring To The Role
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves from clarifying requirements to chasing down dependencies to writing your own progress updates when needed
  • A university degree (or similar) in a related discipline
  • 3-7+ years of product-management experience in B2B or enterprise software
  • Portfolio of shipped releases with measurable usage or revenue impact
  • Persuasive storyteller; comfortable with Senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), and solid SDLC knowledge
  • Proven mentor and culture-builder who uplifts teams and fosters innovation
