Job description

N43 Studio is a venture studio focused on building technology-driven companies that move industries forward. We imagine, design, and launch new ventures across AI, fintech, and enterprise software, with a focus on sectors like food retail, broader retail, and procurement.

What sets us apart is our access to industry-leading enterprise partners. These relationships give our startups an unfair advantage — early access to real customers, valuable data for validation, and powerful distribution channels for scale.

At N43, we don’t just come up with ideas — we turn insights into real businesses. We fund the earliest stages of venture creation, helping founders and teams build, test, and refine their products. Once ventures are ready to scale, we support their path to external funding or long-term growth.

If you’re passionate about building, moving fast, and making an impact, you’ll thrive at N43 Studio.

About The Role

As a Product Manager at N43 Studio, you’ll be at the forefront of launching our next wave of ventures. You’ll lead product strategy and execution across multiple early-stage startups, working from first spark to functional prototype — and beyond.

This role is equal parts discovery and delivery. You’ll validate real customer problems, shape MVPs, and work closely with design and engineering to bring ideas to life. You’ll also collaborate with our enterprise partners to unlock unique insights, test early concepts in the field, and shape go-to-market strategies based on real-world traction.

We’re looking for a builder — someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions with imperfect data, and gets energy from turning zero into one. You’ll work on multiple ventures over time, gaining exposure to different industries, technologies, and business models. If you’re entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and excited by the idea of launching new companies, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product discovery efforts for new venture concepts — conduct user research, validate problem-solution fit, and define MVP scope
  • Collaborate with founders, designers, and engineers to turn early-stage ideas into testable prototypes and working products
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, and iteration based on real user feedback and business needs
  • Work directly with our enterprise partners to access customer insights, validate use cases, and identify opportunities for distribution and scale
  • Run structured experiments to test assumptions, measure early traction, and refine product direction
  • Build lightweight go-to-market strategies and support initial customer pilots
  • Focus deeply on one venture at a time, driving it through key stages of validation and early growth — while remaining flexible to shift when a concept is paused, pivoted, or completed
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity by creating structure, setting goals, and driving execution
  • Contribute to our venture creation process by identifying new opportunities, sharing insights, and helping shape the studio’s overall thesis

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally including time at a startup or in an innovation-focused role
  • Proven ability to lead early-stage product development — from zero to MVP to initial traction
  • Strong user-centric mindset with experience conducting customer interviews, synthesizing insights, and driving decisions from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of bringing structure and momentum to uncertain environments
  • Excellent collaboration skills — you can work fluidly across design, engineering, and business teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial instincts with a bias for action — you default to testing, learning, and iterating
  • Familiarity with lean startup principles, rapid prototyping, and venture validation methods
  • Experience working in or adjacent to sectors like AI, fintech, food tech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
