Job Title : Product Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with hands-on experience in payments, fintech, CRM systems, or fraud prevention. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to design and deliver best-in-class digital finance solutions, collaborating with Product, Risk, Fraud, Customer Support, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog; write and groom user stories.
  • Lead CRM system development and fraud platform integration.
  • Define KPIs and roadmaps for fraud prevention and risk mitigation features.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless payment services.
  • Drive sprint planning, remove delivery roadblocks, and support production issue resolution.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve features.
  • Create clear documentation and conduct demos for stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong product management background with ability to go deep technically.
  • Proven experience in web/mobile apps and any two of: CRM, payments/fintech, or fraud products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Agile, user-focused mindset with a passion for clean design and scalable systems.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $160,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
