Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to join a leading Canadian financial services organization and help deliver best-in-class digital experiences across a broad product portfolio. This role will focus on enhancing client, advisor, and operations experiencesparticularly through telephony and omni-channel capabilitieswhile aligning strategic business goals with digital delivery. Youll be responsible for defining and communicating a compelling product vision, building and maintaining a roadmap, and managing the end-to-end digital product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of user needs and stakeholder priorities, advocates for the client experience, and drives innovative solutions to support and improve digital products at scale.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Specialist or similar with experience working on onboarding journeys/email marketing expertise
Analytical business background with experience in a technology/digital environment
Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively
Skills in PowerPoint - Insurance/financial services experience
UX certifications in UX research/design
Experience working on front end client experience null
