Job summary

Evlv, a travel-focused company, is seeking a Tour Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our tour offerings. You will research destinations, design itineraries, and negotiate with suppliers to build compelling, profitable travel experiences.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to launch and optimize tours, monitor performance, and adjust pricing and packages to meet growth targets. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tour operating, product management, contracting, or destination management.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, supplier contracting, and tour operations.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with understanding of pricing, margins, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ability to interpret booking data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple destinations, products, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Research destinations, travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities.
  • Design and develop tour packages, itineraries, excursions, and travel experiences.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation providers, DMCs, guides, attractions, and other travel suppliers.
  • Negotiate rates, allocations, terms, and contracts while maintaining quality and service.
  • Develop product pricing and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage end-to-end launch of new tours, ensuring information, pricing, imagery, and materials are market-ready.
  • Monitor product performance, bookings, profitability, and customer feedback to improve results.
  • Review and enhance itineraries to improve customer experience and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Reservations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure delivery.
  • Conduct destination and supplier inspections to assess quality and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve product and supplier issues while safeguarding customer experience and business goals.

Job description

Location: Remote, (able to Travel to Montréal office when required)
Compensation: $80k-$110k (based on experience), medical, travel benefits, other perks

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Tour Product Manager to develop, manage, and grow a compelling portfolio of travel experiences.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our tour products—from destination research and itinerary development to supplier negotiations, pricing, launch, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. You’ll combine a passion for travel with strong commercial judgment to create memorable experiences that meet customer expectations and deliver profitable growth.

  • Research destinations, travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities.
  • Design and develop attractive tour packages, itineraries, excursions, and travel experiences.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, DMCs, guides, attractions, and other travel suppliers.
  • Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, terms, and contracts while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop product pricing and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end launch of new tours, ensuring all product information, pricing, imagery, operational details, and sales materials are accurate and ready for market.
  • Monitor product performance, bookings, profitability, customer feedback, and market demand, making recommendations to improve results.
  • Regularly review and enhance existing itineraries to improve customer experience, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Reservations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct destination and supplier inspections where required to assess quality and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure tour products comply with relevant operational, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve product and supplier issues quickly and professionally while protecting the customer experience and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in tour operating, product management, contracting, destination management, or a similar travel industry role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, supplier contracting, and tour operations.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ability to interpret booking data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple destinations, products, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of product performance.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, OTAs, or travel agencies.
  • Familiarity with reservation, contracting, CRM, or travel technology platforms.
  • Additional languages and international destination experience are an advantage.
