The role
FLiiP is looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a product leadership mindset, and is passionate about building innovative solutions that drive real-world business impact.
This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for strategic product decisions, customer value delivery, and business outcomes. It’s ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments who wants to influence product direction and help scale a high-potential platform.
Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, customer success, and executive leadership, the successful candidate will shape and drive key product initiatives from ideation to execution, with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and customer success.
Key responsibilities
Product strategy & ownership
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from opportunity discovery to launch and iteration.
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
- Drive the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing long-term vision with short-term impact.
- Leverage AI-powered insights for strategic planning, discovery, and innovation.
Data-driven decision-making
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive decision-making.
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer value, and strategic fit.
- Identify growth levers and work with marketing, customer success, and sales to support go-to-market and customer expansion strategies.
- Translate customer feedback and data into actionable product improvements.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner daily with engineering, design, customer support, and ops teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Lead sprint rituals (backlog refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Serve as the voice of the product both internally and externally and clearly communicate vision, progress, and impact.
- Work hands-on with a UX/UI designer to bring ideas to life.
Discovery & customer centricity
- Identify and validate customer problems using structured discovery methods.

Candidate profile
Essential requirements
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of product ownership or product management experience in B2B SaaS or fast-moving startup environments.
- Proven track record leading product strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and discovery skills, with a customer problem-first approach.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience using AI tools in product or operational workflows.
- Systems thinker with strong prioritization, leadership, and influence skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the fitness/wellness industry is a plus.
- Background in product-led growth, CRM, or self-service platforms.
- Experience working in high-growth environments or scaling startups.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows or data-oriented product development.
