Our world-class team combines AI, Industrialized Robotics, and construction under one roof to develop the most advanced robotic products for the construction of highly efficient and sustainable buildings.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge solutions for our core robotic manufacturing technologies. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop and execute our software platform product roadmap that addresses real-world challenges in the construction industry.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the cofounders and VP of Software Engineering to define the strategic direction for our cloud platform product, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points, preferences, and trends.
• Create a clear and well-defined strategy for the product. This includes understanding market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to develop a vision for the product's direction.
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback and translate these insights into actionable features and improvements for the product.
• Supervise the QA process and acceptance of the product releases.
• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, executives, customers, and other teams and provide updates on the product's progress.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, ensuring that product initiatives drive business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• You're an experienced product management leader
• You have 7+ years of experience in product management
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are second nature to you.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
• A user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
